4. Responsibility for Damages
Clients acknowledge that Spray Cleaning will make every reasonable effort to provide high-quality cleaning services. However, Spray Cleaning holds no responsibility for any damages to property or belongings, including but not limited to, carpets, upholstery, fixtures, or personal items.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for securing and removing valuable or delicate items before the cleaning process. Spray Cleaning is not liable for damage to items left in areas to be cleaned.
6. Booking and Cancellation
Clients must provide accurate information when booking services. Cancellations must be made within 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation fees.
7. Pricing and Payment
Pricing for services is outlined on our website and is subject to change. Payment is due upon completion of services within 24 hours unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late payment fees will be applied after 24 hours.
8. Termination of Services
Spray Cleaning reserves the right to terminate services if our staff encounters unsafe or hostile conditions, including but not limited to, the presence of hazardous materials or aggressive behavior.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any legal action arising out of the use of our services shall be filed in the appropriate court in England and Wales.
